ASIAN CLEARING UNION (ACU)

SWAP Facility

Participant in deficit at the end of a settlement period shall be eligible to avail of SWAP facility. Every eligible participant shall be entitled to the facility from every other participant up to 20% of the average payments made by it through ACU mechanism to other participants during the three previous calendar years. A participant will be eligible to draw amount equal to its actual deficit or its entitlement whichever is lower.
